Our last stop on our journey to the four corners of Israel was in the deep south, in Kibbutz Yotvata, the place where this whole project began. The kibbutz, a communal farm where the Yotvata Dairy farm is located is in the Negev desert, far far away from the hustle and bustle of city life in Tel Aviv. This video is a behind-the-scenes look of our visit there, where we got a full on tour of the farm and then cooked an amazing picnic meal which included a cherry tomato tart (cherry tomatoes were “invented” in the Negev), stuffed peppers and a date and apple crumble, served with none other than home-made whipped cream.
